Williams Diesel Service is proud to say that we are the only authorized diesel fuel injection shop in North Central Florida
All of our technicians are factory trained to diagnosis, rebuild, and calibrate diesel fuel injection pumps and injectors. With over a million dollars worth of equipment, we pride ourselves on using the best tools available to our industry. Our test stands can handle fuel injections pumps from one to twelve cylinders and we have the ability to test/calibrate many of the electronically controlled fuel injection pumps on the market today. Using the factory test equipment and specifications, we can ensure that your injection pump and injectors are done right the first time with the same quality and precision you can expect from the factory.

- Bosch EPS 815 test bench with CRI/CRIN SST common rail injector package with Piezo testing capability

- Bosch EPS 100 nozzle tester with EPS 738 extraction device
We can rebuild pumps and injectors by most fuel injection equipment manufacturers, including: Bosch, Delphi, Ambac, Stanadyne, Denso, Caterpillar, CAV, Zexel, Sims, Yanmar, and more!
WE CAN REBUILD BOSCH VP30, VP44 AND EDC ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION PUMPS!
Utilizing our Bosch EPS 815 test bench, we can calibrate these complex pumps back to factory specifications! We keep most common applications in stock ready for exchange! If we don’t stock it, we can rebuild and calibrate your pump within a few days!
WE REBUILD TURBOCHARGERS TOO!
Whether the turbo needs an entire rebuild or a cartridge replacement, as long as the parts are available we can handle it! We also have the equipment to check, test and install the newest electronic turbo actuators from Holset and Borgwarner. And if the parts are not available we can always source a new or remanufactured turbo. Contact our parts department for details!
